Simply email us at returns@babyfable.com within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a return authorization number we may not be able to issue you a credit. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs or cover return shipping costs.
