What is your guarantee policy?

A.  

At BabyFable, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction and we offer a 100% Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund.

Simply email us at returns@babyfable.com within 14 days of receipt and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we receive your return without a return authorization number we may not be able to issue you a credit.

We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs or cover return shipping costs. If you have any questions regarding our policies, feel free to contact us at customerservice@babyfable.com or at 1-866-765-4932.

I entered the wrong information. What can I do?

A.  

If you've already completed your transaction and you realize information was entered incorrectly, the first thing you should do is email us at order-problem@babyfable.com. We may be able to correct your order information in time. If too much time has passed we will be unable to correct your order. In these cases we offer a 20% discount on your re-order.

Is there sales tax?

A.  

No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations outside of the state of California. BabyFable is, however, required to collect 7.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to a California address.

Order by November 26th to get it there for Christmas.* (You have until December 3rd for unframed print orders!)

UPS Ground shipping rates for our products are as follows:

*Add $25 additional shipping for orders shipped to Canada.

Can I have a BabyFable delivered to someone else?

Absolutely. A BabyFable makes a terrific and easy gift. Simply enter the delivery address when prompted and your gift will ship directly to the recipient.

The purchase price will not appear on the packing slip, whether your gift is shipped to you or directly to the recipient.

BabyFable is now shipping to Canada as well as to addresses within the United States!

Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation email. When your BabyFable ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email including a UPS tracking number. Just click on the tracking link in your email to get shipping details.

When will my BabyFable be delivered?

Each BabyFable is made to order just for you and the wonderful baby in your life!

Our framed art ships within 2-3 weeks of your order. Our unframed art ships within 1-2 weeks of your order.

Unframed art is shipped via UPS Ground or USPS to Canada from zip code 94107. Framed art is a shipped via UPS Ground or USPS to Canada from zip code 16648. For orders shipping to the US, click here to calculate shipping times on the UPS website. Enter 94107 or 16648 in the zip code field, then click Submit to view shipping times to your area.

Simply go to our Gallery and begin by choosing either a BabyFable design or a Gift Card. You will have the option to choose a frame or specify an unframed BabyFable, or choose a Gift Card. Can I order without a frame?

Of course! An unframed version of each of our designs is available. Your unframed BabyFable fine art print is 11" x 14". We now also offer an unframed 8" x 10" print. Each of these unframed prints fit easily in a standard sized ready-made frame of your choice.

What are the exact outside dimensions of your framed pieces?

A.  

Each framed BabyFable is made by hand for you using museum quality framing materials. Each is approximately 16" x 20". Frame sizes may vary slightly because each molding is individually cut by hand especially for your BabyFable.

What is the difference between a Fine Art print and a print?

A.  

Special inks have been developed for Fine Art or giclee printers that provide better color accuracy and longer life of the print. Our 8”x10” prints have great color accuracy, but our Fine Art 11”x14” prints have the closest color accuracy to the original art. Also, our Fine Art prints resist fading up to 10 times longer than traditional color prints.

What if I don't have all of the baby's birth information?

A.  

No problem - each BabyFable is made to order. You can always leave any field blank when you personalize your design. For example, if you did not want to include the birth city and left that field blank, you would see Don't include this on my BabyFable on the Review and Confirm page in place of a city name. Now you know that on the finished artwork nothing will appear where the name of the city would normally be.

Our gallery of designs will show you each design with samples of all possible birth information included.

Otherwise, please include as much information about your order as you can, including the sender and recipient of the Gift Card, order date, and type of Gift Card. We will email you your Gift Code once we find your order information in our system.

How do I redeem a Gift Card?

Go to the BabyFable Gallery and choose your favorite design and frame. Enter your Gift Code at checkout to apply your gift amount to your order. If you would like to add a frame to a Gift Card for an Unframed BabyFable for $60, choose your frame during the order process and enter your credit card information at checkout.

Can I use a Gift Card towards a different product?

Of course! If you would like to order a different product than the one specified on your Gift Card, choose that product from the Gallery. At checkout, the amount of your Gift Card will be applied to your order.

If the product you have chosen costs more than the amount of the Gift Card, enter your credit card information at checkout to pay the difference. If the product you chose costs less than the amount of the Gift Card, you may apply that amount to another purchase.
